About Pivolio

Measurement should survive the browser

Pivolio was built by two people who spent years running paid acquisition and building the systems behind it — and who were tired of watching real conversions vanish into ad blockers, ITP, and ATT while paying platforms to optimize toward data no one could trust.

The problem we saw

Born from a spreadsheet that never added up

Running paid acquisition, we kept reconciling platform dashboards against the numbers in our own database — and the two never matched. Conversions that clearly happened simply weren't attributed. The pixel had failed silently, thousands of times a day.

The browser pixel was designed for a web that no longer exists. Ad blockers strip it, Safari truncates the cookies it relies on, and iOS lets users opt out of tracking entirely. What's left is a shrinking, biased sample — and ad algorithms optimize against exactly that sample.

So we moved capture to the server, stitched fragmented signals back into real customers, and scored every event for quality before trusting it. Reported and real finally converged. Pivolio is that system, productized for any performance team or agency.

Our one-line thesis
Durable, owned measurement beats a bigger-but-fictional number every time.
Our mission

Give every marketer measurement they actually own — accurate, durable, and honest enough to bet a budget on.

What we believe

Principles we won't trade away

01

Accuracy over vanity

We would rather report fewer conversions you can trust than inflate a number you can't. Confidence in the data is the product.

02

Your data is yours

Every raw event stays in your account, exportable and portable. No hostage-taking, no lock-in, no black boxes.

03

Privacy by design

Matching runs on hashed first-party data — durable measurement without the creepy tracking users rightly reject.

The team

Small team, one obsession

Built by people who got tired of measurement that quietly stopped working — and decided to fix it properly.
